	Do I need Pool Heat ?

		Optional Pool heat is recommended October through April $30.00 per day (minimum $150.00) plus tax Must match the entire length of stay Pool heat runs from 10:00AM to 6:00PM and heats the pool to between 82 and 85 degrees No discount on pool heat All rates plus 13% resort and sales tax 20% deposit required at time of booking Full balance payable 5 weeks prior to arrival RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE Once booking is confirmed rate is guaranteed

A Damage Waiver of $50.00 plus tax will be added to each new reservation. Our “Peace of mind Damage Waiver” is designed to protect our guests from the cost of accidental damages while staying in our home.
