Indian Wells is a quiet residential development having a mix of vacation homes and permanent residents.
It is the most centrally located subdivision to the theme parks, just a 5 minute drive to the gates of either Disney World ® or Sea World ®.
Designer shopping outlets and countless restaurants are close by.
Rentals in this area have quick access to Hwy 535, Osceola Parkway, Hwy 536, Hwy 417, Interstate 4 and International Drive.
You will also find US 192, packed with restaurants, bars and plenty of shopping, just ½ mile away with a brand new Super Walmart ® where you can pick up anything you might need.
Guests staying at the villa also have full use of the excellent community facilities on hand at Indian Wells including tennis courts, a private swimming pool (up to 8ft in depth), for times when you want to do more than merely splash around in the villa pool! Changing rooms and facilities are alongside.

Both the community swimming pool and tennis courts are keyed-access to limit the facilities just to residents and our guests. So there should never be a queue or a crowd.
Or just enjoy the community park area which has picnic tables a basketball court and a beautiful pond.
No need to bring your rackets and tennis balls either, as these can be loaned free-of-charge from our Management Company.
