Our Disney area Vacation home is conveniently located in the desirable Indian Wells subdivision, one of the closest private communities to Walt Disney World (5 minutes by car), and all other Theme Parks & major attractions; including Epcot Center, Sea World, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Universal Studios, Wet & Wild and many others, all within easy reach.

In the immediate area there are dozens of golf courses, shopping malls, restaurants, supermarkets, beautiful lakes and over 100 specialty shops.

The well planned spacious accommodation will comfortably sleep 8 guests. Master bedroom has King size bed with private bathroom and shower; Bedroom 2 has Queen size bed; Bedroom 3 has Twin beds. Second bathroom with tub/shower.

All bedrooms with Cable TV, DVD and VCR.

Living room has 27" Cable TV, DVD, VCR, Queen size sleep sofa and loveseat.

Dining area seats 6 - 8 guests.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, breakfast table and much more.

Crib, high-chair, washer, dryer and all linens included.

Free Hi-speed wireless internet access.

Are you looking for a great Disney vacation rental home but you can’t bear to leave your favorite pet jailed at a kennel or stuck at home without his family? You can all come and stay with us in our Luxury South facing Pool Home in Kissimmee, Florida. Located just 4 miles from Disney world and very close to all the other area attractions.

Our home has a Private, South-facing, Screened-in Swimming Pool and a fenced yard. The perfect setting for you and your pet to have the Vacation of a Lifetime. Pets are welcomed by special arrangement only. There is a $30 charge per pet per week, or part of a week. Also a $400 security deposit is required, refundable assuming there is no damage to the house during your stay.
